My name is Don DeFranco, and I'm a real estate broker, problem solver and creative thinker who has helped people just like you to achieve their real estate goals.
What I love about my career is that I get to meet fascinating people every day who are working on new chapters in their life, or completing a chapter by letting go of a home and lifestyle. I'm privileged to help them navigate the sometimes choppy waters of the real estate market in Silicon Valley and San Francisco and to help them to get more of what they want and need.
I've been fortunate to serve hundreds of happy clients over the last 30+ years and I'm looking forward to working with you.

I'm patient, articulate, persistent, and assertive when necessary. My clients always know they have sold or purchased at the best possible price.

I believe that extraordinary service and trust is what we crave and will never be replaced by a computer. It has been said that the new commodity is attention, and the new currency is time. I submit that the new luxury is trust. It is increasingly difficult to find- in our ever changing world.

When I am your agent, I represent your best interests only. Dual agency, or working for the buyer and seller simultaneously, on the same transaction- never. You will have my 100% loyalty and discretion. In fact, I put it in writing. Not a JD or MBA…I’m an MFA- a creative thinker and problem solver. And matchmaker extraordinaire- I won’t stop until you win your prize.
3.) Discretion and Privacy.
Everyone has different levels of privacy today but I err on the side of being discreet when it your personal and financial dealings. I don't "kiss and tell”.
